An unlimited number of administrators can use the Knowledge Base.
 

You can easily add new administrators via the Admin panel (Users > Create).

 

To attract user attention to some most valuable articles, you may set them as “featured”.

RSS will help users stay in touch with new articles, as well as it can help you distribute your content via most popular syndication format. RSS feeds are available for: Featured articles, Most popular articles, Recent articles.

Send anyone a link to an article in your knowledge base. Click the "Email to friend" icon, enter your details and the details of the person you want to email, and click Send.

Share knowledge using a powerful WYSIWYG editor with advanced options allowing you to add text, photos, videos to articles.
 

This feature helps visitors to find articles that rely on each other. Articles relations is created automatically.

 The system will analyze the page contents and suggest knowledgebase articles in accordance with topics related with them.
